This book is hands down the best guide to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I recommend it to my clients as the one “diet” proven to work. In this book, Pollan elaborates on his previous statement: “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.”… from his eater’s  manifesto titled, IN DEFENSE OF FOOD. And for those of you who have yet to read OMNIVORES DILEMA, its exactly what inspired me to do what I am doing today; it is a truly life changing read.
